I hereby nominate a candidate for service on the CMA Board of Directors. I understand that in order to qualify to apply as a Director on the CMA Board of Directors that the candidate must be currently working in a credit management or related capacity, and is required to be the authorized representative for a member company in good standing.

Directors are elected for a term of one year beginning May 1, 2016. I further understand that I must submit this nomination no later than January 29, 2016.
